Dysmenorrhea treatment: Magnesium vs. COC
We explored the treatments for primary dysmenorrhea by comparing magnesium citrate and combination oral contraceptives. Our study involved 172 women with dysmenorrhea and a matched control group.

While both treatments significantly reduced pelvic pain, those using oral contraceptives experienced greater relief and a decreased need for painkillers. Interestingly, we also found lower levels of calcium and vitamin D in patients with dysmenorrhea. Magnesium citrate did provide some relief, but it wasn’t as effective as oral contraceptives.

Letrozole and norethindrone aid pain relief
We explored the effectiveness of letrozole and norethindrone acetate, along with calcium citrate, in treating pelvic pain related to endometriosis. In this pilot study involving ten women, they received these treatments daily for six months.

Remarkably, all participants experienced significant pain relief, with no endometriosis detected during follow-up procedures. However, we didn't observe any major changes in bone density or hormone levels, signaling that the impact of calcium citrate in this context might not be substantial. This combination shows potential for managing difficult cases of endometriosis.

Symphysitis improvement
4 people found this helpful
I 100% recommend this! I ordered it for my sister, who experienced symphysitis during pregnancy. Post-childbirth, the pain persisted while walking and lying on her side. After taking two tablets nightly for a little over a month, her condition improved significantly and her pain reduced remarkably. She plans to continue the course of calcium citrate, which is known for its easy absorption.

Back pain improvement

I have issues with thin bones, broken nails, and brittleness. After taking four tablets daily for about a month, I noticed some good results, though not completely satisfactory, possibly due to my age. This supplement has lessened my back pain and improved my cracked nails, making them shinier. I would rate it 3 stars and hope others can benefit from this too.

Leg pain resolved
After 40 years, she started taking calcium to prevent osteoporosis. I took it for over 10 years, but when I went to the doctor due to pelvic pain in my legs, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. I was devastated. Thankfully, after discovering Ayherb and taking this calcium for two weeks, the pain in my legs disappeared! I occasionally took breaks, but the pain returned, so now I take one tablet daily. I'm very pleased and happy that additional minerals are included. I recommend this dietary supplement to all my friends.

Joint pain relief
19 people found this helpful
The best offer of calcium citrate at a great price-quality ratio! This product really works. When I suffer from arthrosis, joint pain arises, but upon taking calcium, the discomfort diminishes. Although the improvement wasn’t immediate, it was definitely noticeable. The capsules are quite large, and the taste is a bit unclear. It's crucial to limit coffee intake and avoid taking calcium immediately after sweets. The packaging is substantial, with 250 capsules. Overall, I highly recommend this supplement.

I purchased calcium citrate for myself and my niece, and I am pleased with the results. I've received compliments on my strong nails, which were previously prone to breaking. My niece, who practices ballet, needed calcium to address her bone pain. Despite her initial skepticism, she's now asking for this specific calcium repeatedly, while my sister has also grown fond of it.

Significant pain relief

Good. How can something so simple make you feel so good? I don't think doctors typically check magnesium levels as part of bloodwork. My brother told me about magnesium citrate, and now most of my pelvic pain is gone. There are no more muscle spasms, cramps, or twitches. Within two days, I felt more energetic and experienced less pain, especially in my feet, which were previously the worst.

Pain completely gone

Better pelvic bone pain
I started using this product due to a diagnosis of osteoporosis. It improved the pain in my pelvic bones. However, after taking the full dose, I experienced elevated blood pressure, which led me to reduce to just one pill. Despite this, my blood pressure remained fluctuating, resulting in me halting usage. I wish I had only taken one pill from the start.
